The Edinburgh BioQuarter Programme Team
Anna Stamp
Programme Director
Anna is the Programme Director for Edinburgh BioQuarter and leads the regeneration of the Edinburgh BioQuarter on behalf of the BioQuarter Partnership. She is responsible for the process of selecting a commercial private sector partner for the joint venture, developing the masterplan that will deliver the partners vision and manage the ongoing commercialisation activity of the BioQuarter’s ecosystem.
Connie Aitken
Programme Coordinator
Connie has an overview of programme team activities and ensures that the programme operates efficiently, on track and within budget. She oversees all aspects of programme and financial management, building close links with partners and the wider life sciences community. Connie has a wealth of experience in both the private and public sector, including the University of Edinburgh where she assisted with highly strategic projects within Corporate Services.
Katie Lee
Procurement Manager
Katie is a results focused individual with experience running high value, complex tenders as a Procurement Manager within the University of Edinburgh Estates Procurement Team. Katie has in-depth knowledge of Public Procurement and Customer Service within a supply chain environment. Katie effectively collaborates and influences key stakeholders and suppliers, delivering innovative, proactive solutions to overcome challenges.
Fiona Melling
Marketing Manager

Calum has contributed towards the delivery and success of the BioQuarter project for the last five years. Recently he has focused on the development and delivery of commercial buildings on site, leasing high quality accommodation to life science companies. Having over 10 years experience of working in a number of high impact property related projects he has a good knowledge of commercial property and is currently undergoing a Masters in Real Estate Investment and Finance at Heriot Watt University.
