Future Development Plans – Edinburgh

Online Event

This online event will focus on development, regeneration and investment opportunities across Edinburgh and the wider region.

This event, brought to you alongside The City of Edinburgh Council, will delve into the development and investment opportunities and ongoing projects that are driving economic growth across the city region.

The region has been enduring a real period of growth – as exciting large scale developments move forward in the city centre and sustainable development schemes are brought forward in more rural Edinburgh. The key stakeholders behind these ongoing and future plans will be joining us for this event to reveal the latest information and intel, whilst sharing details on how businesses can get involved.

This event will run in a similar manner to all of Built Environment Networking’s physical events – with short presentations from several key speakers and opportunities for live Q&A and interaction.

The online webinars will merge face-to-face events with a virtual platform – providing networking opportunities, an exceptional panel discussion and debate, speaker presentations and an exhibition hall. The agenda will run as follows:

11:45-12:00 – Networking & Exhibition

12:00-13:00 – Main Stage – Speakers, Discussion, Debate, Presentation and Audience Led Q&A

13:00-13:30 – Networking & Exhibition

Speakers for this event include:

  • Councillor Neil Gardiner, Convenor of the Planning Committee and Development Management Sub-Committee
  • Anna Stamp, Project Director, Edinburgh BioQuarter
  • Ross McNulty, Development Director, Ediston Real Estate
