A training opportunity designed for researchers at The University of Edinburgh, to participate in the latest Startup Entrepreneur Experience from 22nd to 26th May, and experience an immersive, real-life exercise in the commercialisation of university led technology.
Join a small cohort of like-minded postgraduate or postdoctoral researchers and work alongside early stage ventures to help them solve real world problems with cutting edge innovation.
You will face scenarios that real first-time entrepreneurs are experiencing and will be introduced to the building blocks used to overcome these obstacles and challenges and apply knowledge to solve problems and build a strong business case.
Take advantage of the opportunity to learn from researchers turned entrepreneurs, innovators, company directors and investors.
Please note this event is open to staff researchers working within a human health and well-being remit. No iTPA membership is needed, however a SSO/UoE login is required to access.
The iTPA Translational Community is part of Edinburgh Innovations – a translational research community for scientists who want their research to make a difference through practical application in the real world.
