Meet The Edinburgh BioQuarter Team

Anna Stamp
Interim Programme Director
Anna is the Interim Programme Director for the Edinburgh BioQuarter. Anna leads the regeneration of the Edinburgh BioQuarter on behalf of the BioQuarter Partnership. She is responsible for the process of selecting a commercial private sector partner for the joint venture, developing the masterplan that will deliver the partners vision and manage the ongoing commercialisation activity of the BioQuarter’s ecosystem.

David Ridd
Communications, Business Development and Marketing Manager
David leads on strategic business development, marketing and communications for BioQuarter’s world-class innovation ecosystem and its £1-billion Health Innovation District proposals. Prior to his appointment, David managed external communications for Scotland’s second largest health board, NHS Lothian. He trained as a broadcast journalist and, prior to moving into senior marketing and communications roles in both the public and private sectors, has worked as a reporter and editor for a number of major commercial broadcasters. David is the co-chair for the Marketing Group which forms part of the Life Sciences Scotland Industry Leadership Group and is Marketing-lead for the CIPR Scotland Committee.

Zuzana Krajcovic
Programme Coordinator
Zuzana has an overview of programme team activities and ensures that the programme operates efficiently, on track and within budget. She oversees all aspects of programme and financial management, building close links with partners and the wider life sciences community. Zuzana has a wealth of experience in the public sector having previously worked for NHS Lothian within both its Strategic Planning department and its medicines management team.

Project Manager
Scottish Enterprise
Calum has contributed towards the delivery and success of the BioQuarter project for the last five years. Recently he has focused on the development and delivery of commercial buildings on site, leasing high quality accommodation to life science companies. Having over 10 years experience of working in a number of high impact property related projects he has a good knowledge of commercial property and is currently undergoing a Masters in Real Estate Investment and Finance at Heriot Watt University.
