NINE, our Health Innovation incubator, offers flexible, all inclusive rental packages on short term lease arrangements, with smaller sized turn-key laboratory and office accommodation available for immediate occupation, supporting small, early-stage companies. Larger suite sizes on the upper floors are available to rent on traditional longer lease terms for more established companies.

In addition our BioCubes (1 & 2) offer a range of suite sizes on traditional longer lease terms for more established companies.
